I took some time off and did some strength training from Practical Programming. I wish I didn't take that long off. I ended getting stronger and gained 24 lbs in about 4 months. I also ended up hurting my shoulder doing Power Cleand and Jerks. I guess 215 was a little to much to jerk for me. Probably just improper technique. Well back to the main page. I had an opportunity to train Justin and Rob. I taught them the Air Squat.  I think I did pretty good too. I will try to go through all nine movements to see how it goes. I took them through a little WOD as well. It seem I just can't stay put though. Julius and I went to the track and did our own little WOD that went a little something like this:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 rounds&lt;br /&gt;800 M&lt;br /&gt;10 ring dips&lt;br /&gt;15 ab mat situps&lt;br /&gt;10 jumps on 3' table&lt;br /&gt;10 pushups&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We also did some muscle up training. Julius knocked out about 15. I just tried to do them. /&gt;Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)&lt;br /&gt;Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)&lt;br /&gt;Row (Calories)&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score.
