24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups
I was feeling kind of sick today and was only able to complete two rounds. I rested while I waited for my other two partners to finish thier rounds. I decided I was feeling a little better during the wait and knocked out the following:
Deadlift 135 x 20 / 205x25
