FIGHT GONE BAD

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Suckin today. Scaled to pack. No access to a rope so I tried the towel pull-ups and they just weren't happening so my workout went a little something like this.

Yesterday was a nice DAY OF REST today we have the CFT
CrossFit Total. The CFT is you 1RM on the following lifts:

My CFT was very disappointing. I have done more of on SP/BS. WTF happened to me today. PR'd though on DL.

A balmy 6 degrees C. The hill of death really killed my time. I figured CF is constant variation of different possibilities, so I'd try it this way. Next time I'll try starting and finishing on flatter ground for another variation.
