Barbara

Today is a rest day but I forgot to enter yesterdays ino.

This time I did it rx'ed

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

1: 7:20

2: 8:55

3: 7:28

4: 8:12

5: 13:50 ( I was bullshitting this time)

=46:45
